1. Size Reduction
The recycling process begins with the efficient size reduction of large plastic items. Depending on the type and condition of the material, this stage may include:
• Slow-speed screw shredders for unpacking and pre-crushing contaminated or baled plastics.
• Guillotines for cutting voluminous rolled materials, carpets, and similar bulky items.
• Standard high-performance shredders for general plastic waste.

2. Multi-Stage Washing
